V12.4.40 - Service Estimates

 

 

 

 

 

 

Magix has a new Estimate facility, found at Service-Other-Quotations/Estimates-Estimates.(This is a replacement for the original Quotation/Damage Assessment facility).

 

 

•      When creating an estimate Magix follows the same process as Creating an Appointment/Printing a Repair Order.

 

•      Magix will create an RO Estimate# in the same sequence as the existing Repair Order#.

 

 

•      Add Lines to an Estimate in exactly the same way you would if it were a normal invoice.

 

•      When adding Parts to an Estimate, Magix will prompt you with the differnet options available.
