V12.4.40 - Service Internal/Warranty Customer Invoice.

 

 

 

 

 

 

You can now print a ‘reference’ of Internal or Warranty work completed for the Owner of the vehicle.

 

This is commonly used (for example) to give the customer details or Warranty Work carried out or Service Plan work completed.

 

This is setup in Service-System-Control File-Internal/Warranty Account Table.

 

When set after aInternal/Warranty Invoice is closed, if you go back to Invoice inquiry you will see a ‘Print Customer Invoice’ button.

 

 

In the IW Account table, tick these boxes as desired.

 

Enter the Title to printed on the document in the ‘Title of Customer Copy’ field.

 

 

This will print as follows.
