V12.4.23 - Service Carry Over Hours

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

In this version of Magix ‘Carry Over Hours’ are handled differently.

 

‘Carry Over Hours’ is the allocation of Workshop time for a day other than the booking day.

 

To Maintain ‘Carry Over Hours’ select the Appointment in Appointment Inquiries and Click on the ‘Carry Over Hours’ button.

 

 

Clicking on this button will let you Add, Change and Delete Carry Over Hours for the selected Appointment.

 

Notes:

 

•      If the Button is in Italics it means there are Carry Over Hours for this Appointment.

•      The Date you enter cannot be equal to or prior to the Appointment Date.

•      You can no longer change the Appointment Date in Add Modify Details.
