V12.2 Create Appointment/Print RO Changes

 

In this version of Magix Plus there is a signifigant change in the way that the Create Appointment/Print RO process performs.

 

 

Magix now goes directly to the ‘Work Requested Details’ screen, bypassing the ‘Appointment Details’ section.

 

This has been done after feedback from a number of users that in 99% of all cases entry into this screen is bypassed anyway.

 

To access this screen you call still click on the ‘Update Appointment Info’ button.

 

Instead this new screen is presented after you have clicked ‘Book Appointment’ and confirmed the day.

 

 

Use this to enter the Time Due in, Required by etc.
