Appointment Calendar

 

The Service Appointment Calendar has changed.

 

 

The calendar highlights ‘capacity’ and public holidays.

 

It also makes extensive use of ‘Flyover help’. You will see that when you move a cursor over a day it will show you information like the % Capacity, the number of unsold hours and the number of WOF.

 

Capacity

 

By default days at over 80% Capacity are shown with a Yellow Background and over 100% Capacity are shown with a Red Background.

 

These are set in the Team Record and you may customize them to your requirements in Service-System-Teams.

 

 

Statutory Holidays

 

These are set in Service-System-Technicians-Statutory Holidays.
