V12.2 Invoice Audit.

 

 

A new inquiry optional is available (Service-Inquiries-Invoice Audit & Parts Inquiries-Invoice Audit).

 

These inquries show any invoices that have been reopened since first closed. Details are shown of the Customer Account Status, the old and new value, the ID of the person, Station# and Time.

 

These items are also reported on the DOC report.
