V12.2 AR Statement Archive.

 

 

Magix Plus is now keeping an ‘Archive’ copy of Accounts Receivable (Debtors) Statements so you can reprint a statement from a previous period.

 

This is found in Administration-Accounts Receivable-Reports-Statement Archive.

 

 

Select the Archive you wish to view. Magix will then open a PDF file containing all statements. Use the standard Adobe PDF Reader functions to find and reprint the statement.
