Setup is in two parts.
1. Tick the ‘Service Cycle’ Flag. This is done in Utilities-Company (shortcuts), select Company Record, then More Settings button, then Update More Settings.
2. Apply a Service Cycle to your Service Records. This can be done by Using Marketing-System (Top Menu)-Global Service Cycle Setup.
Select each stock group and enter the default service cycle months. These can be overridden on a vehicle by vehicle basis in the Service Record.
Once completed, click the button to populate the call cycle on the service record.
