Setup

 

Setup is in two parts.

 

1.  Set the ‘Yard Fee’ account. This is done in Utilities-Company, select Company Record, then Control Accounts button.

 

2.  Set the Yard Fee Description, Price and Flag in Vehicles-System-Control File.

 

This is on the 2^nd screen of this record. Note the tick on the Actual flag and not the other two flags.
