Time Clock Unproductive Times

 

The Time Clock process has been enhanced to include the ability to clock on to Unproductive codes which are not associated with a Repair Order.

 

This has been done so you can better analyze the reasons behind unproductive time.

 

 

To clock on to an unproductive code, click on the button or enter the code i.e. W (Waiting).

 

Unproductive codes include

 

•     Cleaning

•     Supervision

•     Training

•     Waiting for a Job

 

This table can be maintained in Service-System-Technicians-Unproductive Codes.

 

The Time Clock Report has also been modified. It now includes a summary of Unproductive time.

 

 

And also a one page summary for payroll purposes.
