Magix Plus has a new ‘Mail’ facility. This enables you to send messages between computers. To access Magix Mail click on the ‘Mail’ icon on the right-hand toolbar.
When you click on the Send Mail menu option this screen is presented, type the first few letters of the recipient’s name, Magix will ‘Auto Suggest’ the name.
Click on the name of the person you wish to send the mail to.
Type your message and hit the forward arrow to send.
On the recipients PC the Mail Message will automatically appear.
They then have a number of options
• Clicking on the Yes or No button will reply with a message of ‘Yes or No’.
• Click on the Reply button to type a response.
• Click on the ‘Create Task’ button to add the mail item to your ‘To Do’ list.
• Click on the ‘Close’ button to close the Window.
Magix Mail has further productivity potential for example, in the next release of Magix you will be able to Flag a user to receive a Mail message when a floor plan vehicle is sold. If you have other suggestions please email mark@acs.co.nz.
