In this version of Magix it is possible to ‘recover’ the cost of this by automatically adding a $1 to Repair Order and hiding this charge in the Labour Content of the invoice. To activate this please contact support@magix.co.nz.

 

Also if you wish Magix can prompt you to perform a Motorweb query instead of automatically doing so. To activate this also please contact support@magix.co.nz.

 

For vehicles that are already on file that you wish to update the data on click the Motorweb icon as displayed.

 

 

Commencing the beginning of July Magix Plus in association with Motorweb is pleased to announce a ‘Basic Vehicle Information’ service.

 

In the Magix Service Module, when you are creating a Repair Order/Appointment for a Vehicle that Magix has no prior knowledge of Magix will seamlessly access via Motorweb, ‘Basic Vehicle Information’.

•      Model

•      Sub Model

•      Year

•      Engine#

•      Vin#

•      Chassis#

•      CC Rating

•      Fuel Type

•      First Registration Date

•      WOF Expiry Date

•      Registration Expiry Date

From August 1^st 2012 a charge of 75c+GST applies for each Vehicle ‘BVI’, ACS will bill you directly for this.
