An ‘Appointment Notification’ is a Document containing details of an upcoming Appointment.

 

The Appointment Notification prints in the same format as a Repair Order and can be used (for example) to notify the Parts department so they can order parts.

 

 

 

At Appointment Creation Time tick this box to print.

 

 

If by default you would like to print ‘Appointment Notification’ then in Utilities-Other-Flag Settings, Service Button, tick this Box.
