V12.3 Credit Limit Checking.

 

 

 

 

 

In this version of Magix Credit Limit Checking has been extended.

 

•      Magix now also includes Unbatched Parts & Service invoices

•      Magix performs a Credit Check when selling Parts to a Workshop Invoice

 

As part of this change an Inquiry into a Customer Account displays the ‘Unbatched, Unupdated’ invoices differently. You will see a new field showing Total Balance (incl WIP).

 

Clicking on the ‘Balance’ button followed by the ‘Balance WIP’ button will display the make up of this Balance.

 

You can click on the ‘Display’ button to see the details of the invoices.
