‘Remember’ in GL Posting

 

When in GL Posting, there is a new field ‘Remember?’.

 

 

Tick this if the entry you are posting is using the same account code, for example, you are posting to 1235 Used Conditioning for 3 Vehicles with amounts of $25, $50, $25 respectively. Tick this box and the account code (1235) will say in the GL Account# box so you will not need to retype it each time.
