‘Quick Text’

 

In this version of Magix there is new ‘Quick Text’ functionality. This is designed to speed up the entry of the ‘Completed’ text.

 

When you click on a Text line in service invoicing this screen is displayed. As well as entering the ‘Completed’ text as normal, you can also click on a Quick Text Category button as shown.

 

 

 

Doing this will present this screen.

 

 

Double click on the lines of ‘Quick Text’ to add them to the completed text.

 

You may also use the Modify Quick Text Table link to maintain the table Magix gets this information from. The table is also found in Service-System-Quick Text.

 

Note: Service ‘Quick Text’ will be loaded to your system by ACS Support so may not be immediately available.
