Magix Plus Stationery Specifications

This document details the specifications and requirements of stationery intended for use with a Magix Plus system.
In order to provide maximum flexibility it is imperative that this document is reviewed and understood.

Invoice Specification
• The front of the A4 invoice document should be blank. Doing this gives you maximum flexibility in the event that your Brands/Franchise change.
• If you chose to have your stationery pre-printed only print the top of the A4 document, no further down that 25.5mm. The rest of the document must be blank.
• The reverse of the A4 invoice document can be pre-printed with Dealership Terms and Conditions.
Header
The header is the top section of the invoice containing logos, company name, address etc.
There are two options here.
1. Magix prints the entire logo as an image (see examples below). This is the recommended option.
2. Magix prints the franchise logo as an image and the company name, address etc. as text (see examples below).
Notes
• The size of the image must be exactly 200mm wide by 25.5mm high.
• For multi franchise dealerships you can create individual image logos for each franchise or a single image containing all franchise badges. If this approach is used Magix will determine by the Franchise on the document which logo to print. You will need an additional generic logo to be used when printing non franchise specific documents like Statements.
• ACS can create basic images for you; sophisticated images will need to be produced professionally.
• Images must be in RGB format (not CMYK).
• Please have all Images created by 3rd parties approved by ACS.
Footer
Magix can also print a Footer image.
• This image must be exactly 125mm wide by 20mm high.
Repair Order Specification
The Repair Order specification is the same as the invoice, the front of the document should be left blank.
You can pre-print the reverse or alternatively have Magix print the reverse for you.
Post Card Specification
Post Cards are used to send Service related reminders to customers.
A Post Card is ‘DLE’ size 210x100mm. The Top section is 35mm high and must be left blank for Magix to print.
• Make your image generic, in this case do not print the words ‘Warrant of Fitness & Service’. Only print the word REMINDER as this can be used for more than just WOF & Service reminders.
• The Post Card is loaded into the Manual Feed tray of the printer.
• Please have all Images created by 3rd parties approved by ACS.
