The Inquiries section allows you to search for and modify already existing menu items and WTBD (Work to be done) codes within Magix.

As you can see, searching for WOF as above will give the following results:

The next major option is the ‘Upsell’ flag; this enables you to view at a glance every WTBD code that you have flagged as an upsell item.
